Matthew has been working in the Financial Services industry since 1997. He graduated from Shippensburg University with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration majoring in Finance with an Economics minor. He spent the first five years at a full service brokerage firm and a mutual fund company's field force uncovering many ways to help his clients in the financial services industry. While there, his business and professional relationships grew to a point where he knew, both personally and professionally, that it was in his clients best interest for him to seek a completely independent broker/dealer.
Matthew is one of the Managing Partners of Stout Bowman & Associates. Matt is recognized as a local financial expert by FOX43 Morning news and has appeared numerous times on the TV news and in local newspapers and magazines. Active in his community, he is a Past President Advisory Board Member of the KUSBDC where he delivered both free and fee seminars to small business owners. He is a member of the Financial Planning Association, The Million dollar Round Table (MDRT), and the Mechanicsburg Chamber of Commerce.
He and his wife Heather, a professional Interior Designer, turned stay-at-home-mother of three, live in Mechanicsburg with their children Hunter, Tanner, and Alexis. Matthew volunteers his time by coaching both youth football and youth baseball.
Marc has been working in the Financial Services industry since 1998. Marc graduated from Shippensburg University with a Bachelors' Degree in Science. He spent 13 years working for a Mutual Fund Company in a top regional office that focused on financial planning as a cornerstone for meeting clients' financial needs.
As one of the Managing Partners at Stout Bowman & Associates, Marc is passionate about using financial planning to help clients reach their financial goals. Understanding that every individual's economic and life situation is unique, he believes that personalized planning and service is essential when matching clients with the right financial products and services.
Marc and Kori have two children and live in Palmyra. Away from work, Marc enjoys coaching soccer as well as spending time with friends and family. He is active in his community, serving as a former soccer board member and Middle School Soccer Coach. Marc currently volunteers as a coach for the High School.

Paul has been working in the Financial Services industry since 2004. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Physics, and an MBA in Management. He spent 27 years working for IBM as a Systems Engineer, supporting marketing representatives in the Marketing Division. After retiring from IBM, Paul joined a mutual fund company and developed his financial and investment planning skills. As an asset manager, Paul believes in the value of a written, comprehensive financial plan to guide his clients in achieving their financial and personal goals.
Paul and his wife, Jody, live in Hampden Township. As a member of the "baby-boomer" generation, Paul is our go-to source for Social Security and Medicare issues.
Stacey joined the firm in 2012, bringing with her six years of administrative experience at a top regional office of a national mutual fund company. Her focus continues to be superior customer service and attention to detail in order to provide our clients with a professional, yet personalized and comfortable experience.
Stacey graduated from Gettysburg College with a Bachelor's Degree in Religion. When she's not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and playing Horn in a number of local musical ensembles.
